In the wake of Typhoon Emong, Northern Luzon was left reeling—its communities drenched in devastation and hope stretched thin. While Lingayen, Pangasinan was not directly hit by the storm, the municipality bore the brunt of severe flooding, prompting its declaration under a state of calamity.
With compassion at the forefront, TOL Recreational Hub, doing business as UCM Pangasinan, stepped in to provide much-needed relief goods to affected families in Pantal, Lingayen.
